Ideas and sample pictures of items that would be included in packages are detailed below, and can be fully tailored to your requirements (incl. furniture only or accessories only). Although we do believe that the aethetics of a property help to sell/rent it, we are also happy if you prefer to simply furnish the property and leave the rest up to your tenant.

We look at maximising your budget - creating beautiful and saleable looking homes whether it be simply staging key areas/rooms to give the buyer the idea of how the property can look, or the whole house can be styled to give the maximum WOW factor.

An initial visit to your property is required to ensure a thorough understanding of your requirements in order to provide a competitive quote. This visit will be charged at £50, but is refundable against any further work. Within this meeting you will be shown potential furniture and accessories, to get a feel for the style and quality of the products to be used.
The quote will include:-
Design Led Specification - Showing a full understanding of your requirements.
List of furniture and/or accessories that would be used - with details of individual prices (or estimated for accessories etc.. ) so you can see exactly where your money is being allocated.
Costs and estimated timeline for turnaround of Delivery and Installation
(once the quote has been agreed upon, a date will be set for you)
Costs for any further add on services if also required - flooring, window treatments, cleaning etc....
There will be no hidden costs.
(unless otherwise stated, we assume that the property will be empty and clean prior to installation)
The Service itself includes:-
Delivery and Installation of all items in one go.
Removal of all packaging.
Furniture placement to ensure the best look for the target market.
Hanging all chosen artwork and mirrors.
Dressing all rooms with carefully chosen accessories.
We deal with all suppliers and you only have to liase with us - we can collect keys from agents if required, or meet you at the property.
Pictures can be taken and sent through to you or your agent to speed up getting the property to market (wide angled lens camera is used for best results)
