What is Home Staging and why do you need it?
Home staging - otherwise known as House Doctoring! - is the process of making your home as desirable to potential buyers as possible, in order to secure a sale quickly and for the best possible price.
A Home Stager will be able to assess your home given the current market and location, and give expert advice on what changes/updates will make the most difference for the buyer. Staging focusses on the aesthetics of the home rather than any structural changes, and can help you if you are unsure of what changes would be most beneficial.

# Home Staging Services Available
- Staging Consultation - A 2-3 hour consultation in your home to view all the rooms (inside and out) and talk through with you in detail any changes that could be made to achieve the best possible price. This advice will include ideas for decoration, colour, de-cluttering, furniture placements, DIY and tips on the best ways to show your home to buyers. We can also do some easy changes so that you can see how things could look, and really get a feel for how to stage your home in this working session. From here you will be able to complete the hands on staging yourself, or you may prefer to add on additional services:-

Detailed "Action Plan" sent to your home following a Staging Consultation. It will summarise everything that was talked about at the consultation and give specific and detailed recommendations for how to stage your home (the consultation will give more general advice i.e a picture is required in this space thats got these colours in it, and is roughly this size - an Action plan will tell you exactly what picture and where to get it from - so it is very detailed and specific and ideal if you prefer to know exactly what you need to purchase and do, and want it all written down in one easy to follow documennt). Advice will be given on items such as exact colour schemes, furniture placement, what extra accessorising is required, and also a specific budget breakdown. You will also receive a guide to presenting your property to buyers during viewings (specifically tailored to your home)
- (If necessary, a contact list for suppliers and tradesmen can be supplied that you may find useful in completing some of the work that may be required)

Product Sourcing - Purchasing the required accessories as specified in the action plan on your behalf. Innerspace has links with local furniture rental companies, and access to cost effective furniture/accessories for purchase - just call to find out more. We also have a wide range of furniture packages available quickly and cost effectively to enable rooms to be transformed with minimum fuss for maximum effect.

Property Photography and Staging - If you are selling your home online rather than with an agent, it is advisable to ensure your photographs look professional and that they will attract the buyers. This service takes about 1/2 a day, starting with deciding with you what rooms to photograph for maximum effect, ensuring that these rooms look their best (hands on help provided for any changes to furniture placement, accessories etc... to make the room look great), and then, using a digital camera with a wide angled lens, pictures can be taken and sent to you for use in your property advertising.

Assisted Viewings - If you are too busy, or do not want to conduct viewings yourself, Innerspace will do this for you. This is especially applicable if you are selling your home online rather than through an agent. You can be confident that each viewing will be conducted professionally and all information about the house will be gathered from you to ensure all buyer queries can be answered.

Finding your new home - If you have little time to find and view prospective new homes, why not let Innerspace do the searching? Given a detailed brief or your requirements, Innerspace can research the market and view properties on your behalf, giving a report on suitable properties for you to view at your leisure - and ensuring that you only view those properties that really suit you.
