Home Staging Services  Verbal Consultation - A 2 hour consultation in your home to view all the rooms (inside and out) and talk through with you in detail any changes that could be made to achieve the best possible price. This advice will include decoration, colour, de-cluttering, DIY and tips on the best ways to show your home to buyers. Written Report - Detailed "Action Plan" sent to your home following a Verbal Consultation. It will summarise the consultation and give detailed recommendations for how to stage your home. Advice will be given on items such as colour schemes, furniture placement, accessorising and also a budget breakdown. It will also contain a guide to presenting your property to buyers during viewings. (If necessary, a contact list for suppliers and tradesmen can be supplied that you may find useful in completing some of the work that may be required). This can be sent either via email or as a hard copy version - whatever your preference. Hands on Presentation - Time spent in your home after any necessary redecoration or repairs have been completed to ensure that the property is presented successfully following my guidelines. I can provide finishing touches and help with furniture placement and accessorising for maximum impact. This service helps to complete the overall look and ties everything together. Product Sourcing - Purchasing the required accessories as specified in the action plan on your behalf.
