Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the store on this website only. By accessing and placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.You undertake that all details provided for the purpose of ordering are correct, that the payment details are your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the purchase.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Paypal only at present - Other payment methods will be introduced in the future.
As a third party is used to process card payments we do not at any time have access to your card details. (Cheques or Direct Bank Transfer can be sent with prior agreement - please email if you would like to pay this way)
ORDER PLACEMENT By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order with us either by email at: info@innerspaceinteriordesign.co.uk and we will respond asap.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted - if for any reason there is a problem with your order (for example, the item is out of stock), you will be informed asap and given the option to receive a refund.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
RETURNS POLICY Goods are only accepted for a return/refund if they have beenauthorised.
1. If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen, please let us know by emailing info@innerspaceinteriordesign.co.uk and you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt.You will be offered a replacement or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that your original delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
2. If the item is faulty, please let us know within 30 days of receipt (along with photos of the fault), and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will of course pay for all postage costs.
The only exception to this is made to order items (cushions only at present), which are non refundable and non returnable unless faulty.
To return any products to us, please email us to state the reason for returning BEFORE YOU SEND THEM BACK - Please note that for furniture we will require a photo of any damage also.
If it is a non furniture item or a childrens furniture item, once we are aware of the return,please send it back with your name and address attached, to 44 Bexton Road, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 0DS
If it is a furniture item (except childrens furniture) - we will arrange collection for you.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return.
UK MAINLAND ONLY DELIVERY Unfortunately Items can currently only be delivered to mainland UK (If you live elsewhere please contact us to see if arrangements can be made)
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Please also note that our items come direct from our trusted suppliers to save delivery time, but as a result you may have more than one delivery dependant on what is ordered, if you want more information before ordering please contact us
Non furniture items will usually be delivered within 7 working days, furniture items will be delivered within 6 weeks (please note large mirrors will take about 4 weeks).
If there are any delays then you will be notified as soon as we are aware of them, and given the option to have a refund if preferred.
Please note that cushions are made to order, and if fabrics change then you will be sent a sample to confirm your order first - delivery times can vary as a result.

£3.95 per delivery address for MAINLAND UK ONLY FREE IF SPEND IS OVER £100 We use excellent couriers for our furniture deliveries, but unfortunately there is a surcharge for furniture orders in the following postcodes - you will be emailed after purchasing the item(s) to request this amount:-

Furniture deliveries will require your telephone number so that the courier can contact you to arrange delivery directly (3-4 days prior to the available delivery slot).
Furniture deliveries take place once a week or fortnightly dependant on the region in the UK - and not always on the same day as this will help ensure we can pick a day to suit you more easily - you will be contacted directly to
arrange delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS We take every care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are correct. We reserve the right to change descriptions when required.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal details and email addresses will never be passed on to a third party for marketing purposes.
