I had to write and say how pleased we are with the results of the makeovers of
our two smallest bedrooms. The first one has gone from being a single bedroom
which looked cramped and was always a mess(not helped by an untidy son!)
to a dual purpose room which can be used as a double guest room or as a

craft room but looks great either way.

The second has gone from being a spare room which was
a cross between a bedroom and a computer/store room (and looked
like it didn�t have a real purpose) to a
guest room which is really inviting and has hidden storage

for the computer items that it still houses.

Although you had done 2 previous make-overs for us we were a little
apprehensive about how this one would turn out because those 2
previous rooms had been
designed after you had come to the house, sat down with us, talked

through what we wanted, taken photos and seen for yourself what you were
working with. This make-over wasdone from my dimensions on a 2D drawing with photos
taken using a standard camera lens which did not give a

clear impression of the whole rooms. All were sent the 150 miles to you and
we didn�t see you face to face at all. We need not have worried.

When you sent the designs through you had used colours we hadn�t considered
(especially the room with the redand cream) and structured it all completely different to
what we expected. But we were expecting that and knew to trust you and that you would
deliver something perfect for us. And again you did. The questions you had asked

meant that you had considered all our needs and you came up with a design
we could implement and would work. You were happy to amend it as we came across
things we�d forgotten to ask you or tell you and the final results are

�in a word GREAT�. Many people have commented on the rooms
and how nice they look. In the next year or so we hope to redecorate our eldest son�s
bedroom (when he moves out) and we will not hesitate to

ask your advice again � we would highly recommend your services whether it be
face to face consultancy, from a distance consultancy or painting canvases to suit a colour

site visit with many photographs, from which you produced a

accompanying costings. Then, after I had de-cluttered and decorated, you went shopping
with me to help choose the right furnishings and accessories and visited

yet again to dress the house. All this service for so little cost. I honestly think you
should be charging a lot more.

As you know I am doing up a property as a holiday let in Keswick which will be ready
in approximately 3 months time and will definitely be using your services again on the
interior design and furnishing of the property. I have recommended

your services to 2 other people, who are trying to sell properties, which they
have had on a buy-to-let basis.
